On July 10th, the China Passenger Car Association unveiled data indicating that from July 1st to 6th, China's retail market saw sales of 135,000 new energy passenger vehicles, marking a 21% increase compared to the same period last year, albeit a decline of 11% from the previous month. The retail penetration rate of the new energy market hit 56.7%, with cumulative retail sales reaching 6.583 million units, up 37% year-on-year. During this period, nationwide manufacturers wholesaled 125,000 new energy passenger vehicles, a 31% year-on-year rise and a stable figure compared to the previous month. The wholesale penetration rate for new energy manufacturers stood at 53.6%, with cumulative wholesale sales totaling 5.594 million units, representing a 33% increase year-on-year.
