The Thalys Automobile Legal Department has announced that Gong XX, Xiao XX, and Wang X have been duly reprimanded and punished by public security organs for disseminating false information regarding the AITO incident at the Shenyang Auto Show across multiple online platforms. These erroneous statements have not only violated the rights and interests of the enterprise and its users but also disrupted market order. The Legal Department underscores its commitment to vigorously combating online illegal activities in order to uphold industry fairness and health.
Previously, an AITO M7 Pro vehicle was involved in a collision prior to being removed from the Shenyang Auto Show, resulting in minor injuries to one individual who was promptly treated and discharged from the hospital. The cause of the accident was attributed to the fact that the vehicle was not in exhibition mode and was inadvertently started, failing to meet the necessary conditions for the Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) system to activate.
