Tesla has initiated a Robotaxi pilot program in Austin, Texas, with Musk confirming that the initial passengers will pay a flat fee of $4.2 per journey. The inaugural fleet comprises approximately 10 driverless taxis, all based on the Model Y platform and outfitted with Tesla's proprietary visual perception system and FSD (Full Self-Driving) software. Each vehicle will also have a safety officer in the front passenger seat to oversee operations. This announcement sparked a surge in intelligent driving stocks during the morning session, with Wanma Technology among those reaching their daily trading limit.
