Exclusive spy shots have emerged of XPeng's groundbreaking first extended-range model, the G01. Designed with a spacious 'three rows and six seats' layout, this vehicle is built on the all-new G platform. Equipped with an advanced 800V architecture, it potentially includes a lidar system, delivering an impressive CLTC pure electric range of 430 kilometers and a combined range of up to 1400 kilometers. Scheduled for mass production in the fourth quarter of this year, the G01 is anticipated to hit the market by the end of this year or early next, priced competitively between approximately 250,000 and 300,000 yuan. Moreover, XPeng has ambitious plans for at least five extended-range models, encompassing both sedans and SUVs. Notably, the first extended-range model might be derived from the X9, while extended-range versions of the popular P7 and G6 are also in the pipeline.
