In the evening of June 23, Changan Automobile issued an announcement confirming receipt of notification from its majority shareholder regarding a name change from 'China Changan Automobile Group Co., Ltd.' to 'Chenzhi Automobile Technology Group Co., Ltd.' The announcement further stated that all necessary industrial and commercial registration formalities for the name change have been successfully completed, and a new business license has been duly acquired.
