Hello has forged a partnership with Ant Group and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL) to establish Shanghai Zaofu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., marking its official entry into the Robotaxi industry. With a registered capital of RMB 1.288 billion, the venture has secured a total investment exceeding RMB 3 billion in its first phase, aimed at advancing the research and development, safe deployment, and commercialization of L4 autonomous driving technology.
