This innovative function seamlessly integrates advanced safety AI models to continuously monitor ride risks, including route deviations and prolonged stops, enabling swift intervention by safety experts in high-risk scenarios. Both drivers and passengers now benefit from enhanced safety measures, such as one-click assistance and trip reporting features. Since the start of 2025, Didi has issued over 30 million alerts regarding potential offline transaction risks and has taken action against over 160,000 accounts found to be in violation, further solidifying its commitment to passenger and driver safety.
