Toyota Motor Corporation has unveiled its executive compensation plan for the fiscal year ending March 2025, revealing that Chairman Akio Toyoda's salary has surged to 1.949 billion yen, marking a 20% year-on-year increase and setting a new record for the fourth consecutive year. His total compensation comprises bonuses and stock-based incentives amounting to approximately 1.55 billion yen, in addition to a fixed salary of 395 million yen. For the fiscal year, Toyota Motor Corporation reported an operating revenue of 48.04 trillion yen, reflecting a 6.5% year-on-year growth. Net profit stood at 4.79 trillion yen, a 5.6% decline compared to the previous year, yet the company continues to hold its distinction as the sole automaker globally with a net profit exceeding 200 billion yuan. Furthermore, Toyota Motor Corporation successfully divested 14 listed cross-shareholdings, realizing proceeds of 643.3 billion yen.
