According to a research report by China Merchants Securities International, Xiaomi Group's inaugural SUV, the YU7, is anticipated to debut in July and holds promise as a potential blockbuster, with the potential to double Xiaomi Motors' sales figures in the following year. Priced at around 250,000 yuan, the YU7 is strategically positioned to compete with models like the Tesla Model Y, NIO EC6, and XPeng G7. Analysts estimate that the YU7 could achieve a stable monthly sales volume of 30,000 to 40,000 units. Xiaomi Motors is forecasted to sell between 350,000 and 400,000 vehicles this year, with ambitious targets set for next year, aiming to challenge sales figures of 700,000 to 800,000 units. If production capacity allows, sales could even surpass the 1 million mark.
