Hozon New Energy Auto Co., Ltd. (Hozon New Energy), the parent company of Nezha Auto, has achieved new milestones in its bankruptcy reorganization proceedings, a month after filing for bankruptcy review. On June 13, the National Enterprise Bankruptcy Reorganization Case Information Network disclosed that Hozon New Energy has updated its bankruptcy case records, appointing Zhejiang Zicheng Law Firm as the administrator organization. Concurrently, a "Nezha Auto Reorganization Statement" has been circulating within the industry, emphasizing that the reorganization aims to alleviate the debt crisis, attract strategic investments, streamline the management system, and chart new courses for the company's sustainable growth.
