On June 10, several leading automakers collectively announced their adherence to State Council Decree No. 802, which mandates a payment period of no more than 60 days for suppliers. This measure is intended to foster efficient capital flow within the automotive supply chain, bolster the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and promote high-quality industry development. By adhering to this decree, the automakers aim to uphold the "Regulations on Guaranteeing Payment to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises," reinforce the payment obligations of large enterprises, and enhance the overall industrial ecosystem.
