In May alone, 25,521 units across all models were delivered, representing a robust year-on-year increase of 78% and a monthly jump of 27%. Notably, the Deep Blue S09 model has garnered an impressive tally of over 21,168 confirmed orders. Separately, Changan Automobile has announced a significant corporate restructuring: the automotive business of the China South Industries Group Corporation will be spun off into an independent state-owned enterprise. This development will result in a change in the company's indirect controlling shareholder. At the 2025 Chongqing Auto Show, Changan Automobile unveiled ambitious future sales targets. By 2030, the company aims to achieve a total sales volume of 5 million vehicles, comprising 4 million self-owned brand vehicles, 3 million new energy vehicles, and 1.5 million vehicles for the overseas market.
