Li Yunfei, the General Manager of BYD Group's Brand and Public Relations Department, has offered clarifications on the topics of "atmospheric pressure fuel tanks" and the "auto industry's Evergrande" issue. Regarding the fuel tanks, Mr. Li emphasized that BYD's solution employed from 2021 to 2023 fully complied with all relevant regulations. Nonetheless, in response to negative customer feedback, the company has transitioned to a high-pressure fuel tank solution. Notably, a prominent Zhejiang-based automotive firm adopted a similar approach during this period, and both solutions met industry standards.

Turning to the "auto industry's Evergrande" matter, Mr. Li clarified that this controversy stemmed from a malicious report against BYD by a Hebei-based automotive company last year. Following an investigation by regulatory authorities, BYD was vindicated, with no issues identified. As a result, the company intends to hold accountable those responsible for the unfair competition practices through legal means.
