On June 6, reports indicated that following the implementation of the "Regulations on the Administration of Intelligent and Connected Vehicles in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone," the city's intelligent and connected vehicle industry cluster witnessed a remarkable surge in added value by 38.2% within a year. By 2024, this cluster's added value had soared to RMB 102.372 billion, marking a year-on-year increase of 38.8%, with its growth rate ranking among the highest among the 20 major strategic emerging industry clusters. Presently, the number of enterprises across the upstream and downstream segments of Shenzhen's intelligent and connected vehicle industry chain has surpassed 2,400. Notably, nearly 60% of these enterprises, amounting to approximately 1,400, are related to autonomous driving.
