In April, the import volume of complete vehicles reached 40,000 units, marking a 3.8% increase from the previous month but a 21.8% decline year-on-year. The import value stood at US$2 billion, up 3.3% from March but down 29% compared to the same period last year. From January to April, the cumulative import volume amounted to 135,000 units, registering a 35.1% decrease year-on-year, while the cumulative import value totaled US$6.94 billion, indicating a 40.8% drop year-on-year.
