Times Qiji New Energy Technology (Xiangyang) Co., Ltd. has recently been officially incorporated, led by Xiong Hongrui as its legal representative and boasting a registered capital of RMB 5 million. The company's scope of operations encompasses the R&D of cutting-edge energy technologies, the marketing of battery swapping stations for new energy vehicles, the sales of electric vehicle charging facilities, and the production of transmission, distribution, and control equipment. According to the equity structure, Times Qiji New Energy Technology (Xiangyang) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Times Qiji Green Energy Technology (Hubei) Co., Ltd., which, in turn, is a subsidiary of Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL).
