Both entities have been set up consecutively. The Guangzhou subsidiary is headed by Wang Xu with a registered capital of RMB 20 million, while the Cangzhou subsidiary is led by Zhang Yongxin and has a registered capital of RMB 5 million. The business scope of these two companies encompasses the research and development of emerging energy technologies, the sales of new energy vehicle battery swapping stations, and the sales of complete new energy vehicles. According to shareholder data, these two companies are fully owned and controlled by CATL's subsidiaries, Qiji Green Energy Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Qiji New Energy Technology (Shijiazhuang) Co., Ltd., respectively.
