Thalys Group Co., Ltd. has officially submitted its prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's main board, with CICC and China Galaxy International serving as joint sponsors. In a remarkable turnaround, Thalys managed to convert losses into profits in 2024, witnessing a staggering 305.4% increase in annual revenue to reach 145.114 billion yuan. This impressive performance was accompanied by a net profit of 4.74 billion yuan and a gross profit margin that climbed to 23.8%. Moreover, the company's sales of new energy vehicles soared significantly, hitting 426,900 units, a year-on-year growth of 182.84%. Thalys has also deepened its collaboration with Huawei, investing 11.5 billion yuan to acquire a 10% stake in Huawei's Yinwang Company. Looking ahead, Thalys aims to sell one million new energy vehicles within the next three years and anticipates doubling its sales in overseas markets.
