Hyundai Motor Company announced on Thursday the formation of a dedicated task force aimed at addressing the impact of US tariffs. As part of this strategy, the company has already shifted production of certain Tucson crossover models from Mexico to the United States. In the first quarter, operating profit rose by 2%, prompting Hyundai to reaffirm its annual profit target. Additionally, the company is evaluating the feasibility of relocating some of its US-bound vehicle production from South Korea.
