On April 21, Yunnan Neidong Power announced that its controlling shareholder, Yunnan Neidong Group, had entered into a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Chongqing Machinery & Electric Holding (Group) Company. This agreement aims to harness the respective industrial strengths of both parties to foster mutual support in strengthening and complementing their industrial chains, encompassing cooperation in power generation products, automotive products, and component supply. Successful implementation of this agreement is expected to broaden the application of Yunnan Neidong Power's engine products in the generator and special vehicle sectors, potentially leading to increased sales. Concurrently, it will facilitate the expansion of Yunnan Neidong Power's driverless vehicle products in Chongqing, enhancing sales, core competitiveness, and sustainable development capabilities.
