Notably, this is not the first time 'Chebaotai' has faced legal consequences; previously, NIO Inc. also successfully sued this we-media outlet. It is reported that the owner of 'Chebaotai' operates multiple platform accounts, disseminating unverified accident materials that mislead the public and tarnish the brand image of domestic new energy vehicles.
