Passenger vehicle exports reached 391,000 units in March, marking an 8% decrease from the previous month but a 10% increase year-on-year. Notably, new energy vehicles comprised 36.6% of the total, with independent brands exporting 340,000 units, a modest 1% rise. Conversely, exports from joint ventures and luxury brands experienced a significant 45% decline. Over the first quarter, passenger vehicle exports totaled 1.12 million units, a slight 1% increase compared to the same period last year.
