Nationwide wholesale sales of passenger vehicles surged to a new high of 2.412 million units in March, marking a year-on-year increase of 8.9% and a month-on-month jump of 36.4%. Among these, an impressive 20 models exceeded sales of 20,000 units, with the top 9 models all being new energy vehicles. Leading the pack was the BYD Song series with sales of 96,000 units, closely followed by Tesla's Model Y and Wuling Hongguang MINI EV in second and third places, respectively. Notably, Xiaomi SU7 emerged as a strong contender, achieving monthly sales nearing 30,000 units, thereby securing an impressive eighth position.
