On April 8, JAC Motors announced that its controlling shareholder, JAC Group Holding, intends to augment its shareholding in the company within six months of the announcement's disclosure, through centralized bidding transactions on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The funds earmarked for this increase will range from no less than 50 million yuan to no more than 100 million yuan, sourced entirely from JAC Group Holding's own capital. Notably, there is no predetermined price range for the shareholding increase, which will be executed dynamically in response to fluctuations in the company's stock price and broader capital market trends. Prior to this increase, JAC Group Holding held 615 million shares of JAC Motors, representing 28.18% of the total share capital. This shareholding enhancement adheres to relevant laws and regulations and will not compromise the company's listing conditions or alter its actual controllers.
