BYD Secures Use Rights to 1210 Mu of Construction Land in Xi'an for 375 Million Yuan, Encompassing Former Baoneng Auto Site

On April 2, it was announced that Xixian New Area BYD Industrial Co., Ltd. successfully acquired the use rights to approximately 1210.46 mu of state-owned construction land in Qinhan New City, Xixian New Area, for a sum of 375 million yuan on March 28. Notably, this land parcel encompasses the former Baoneng Auto site. Prior to this, on January 17, the company had already secured the use rights to another construction land in the district for 398 million yuan. This latest acquisition further solidifies BYD's expanding presence in Xixian New Area.
