On April 2, NIO implemented a strategic reshuffle within its Ledao brand. Ai Tiecheng, the former President of Ledao Auto, tendered his resignation due to the brand's inability to meet projected sales targets for the Ledao L60 model. Shen Fei, previously the head of NIO's energy business, has been appointed as the new President of Ledao, assuming full oversight of sales operations and regional company management. Shen Fei will report directly to Qin Lihong, co-founder and President of NIO.
