Commencing April 1, a comprehensive suite of new national standards will officially take effect, encompassing domains such as cybersecurity, electric vehicles, and greenhouse gas emissions. Among these standards, the "Data Security Technology: Personal Information Processing Rules for Internet Platforms and Product Services" delineates clear norms and expectations for internet platforms in handling personal information, encompassing fundamental requirements, preparation protocols, content guidelines, publication formats, and dispute resolution mechanisms. The "Network Security Technology: Smart Door Lock Network Security Technical Specification" specifies the technical benchmarks, security level classifications, and evaluation methodologies for smart door locks concerning cybersecurity. Concurrently, two national standards for electric vehicle charging equipment have also been implemented, meticulously detailing the technical specifications, testing methodologies, and inspection protocols for electric energy metering in electric vehicle AC charging stations. Furthermore, eighteen national standards for the accounting of corporate greenhouse gas emissions have also come into force.
