Recently, Beijing Times EVS Technology Co., Ltd. has been established, with Xie Gangyi appointed as its legal representative and a registered capital amounting to 50 million RMB. The company boasts a diverse range of business activities, encompassing the sales of complete new energy vehicles, the provision of battery swapping facilities, the operation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, the distribution of electric accessories for new energy vehicles, the integration of intelligent control systems, and the offering of technology intermediary services. According to the equity structure, Beijing Times EVS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Times EVS Technology Co., Ltd., which itself is a fully-owned entity of CATL.
