On March 25, Ark Investment Management, headed by the prominent investor Cathie "Wood," reiterated its bullish stance on Tesla, projecting a surge in the company's stock price to $2,600 within the next five years—a nearly tenfold increase from its current level. In an interview, Wood disclosed that Robotaxi services are anticipated to constitute 90% of Tesla's value over the next five years. Furthermore, she emphasized on Tuesday that Tesla's advancements in the realm of humanoid robots have yet to be incorporated into this prediction. As of March 24, Tesla remained the largest holding in ARK Innovation ETF, comprising 10% of its assets valued at $5.8 billion, albeit a decline from nearly 16% at the close of 2024. Last year, Ark predicted that Tesla's stock price would hit $2,000 by 2027, driven by its anticipated market share gains from traditional automakers. Nonetheless, Tesla's stock price has experienced a sharp decline this year, currently trading at around $278, despite a modest rebound over the past four days.
