Recently, Zhanjiang Denza Auto Sales Co., Ltd. has been officially established, with Yang Fan serving as its legal representative and a registered capital of 1 million RMB. The company boasts a diverse portfolio of business operations, encompassing auto sales, retail of automotive accessories, motor vehicle repair and maintenance, used car brokerage services, appraisal and evaluation, trade brokerage, sales of charging stations and new energy vehicles, car wash services, as well as information consulting. According to shareholder records, this venture is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Denza Auto Sales Service Co., Ltd., which itself is part of the BYD Group.
