Nonetheless, the company has commenced the third batch of refunds, benefiting 204 individuals to date. As for the installation of charging piles, the initial batch of 39 users has successfully completed the process, and preparations are underway for the second batch. Despite these advancements, Jiyue Automobile acknowledges that outstanding issues pertaining to vehicle warranty, maintenance, software updates, and user rights still require attention and resolution.
