NIO Holdings Co., Ltd. has recently undergone significant industrial and commercial alterations, welcoming two new shareholders with state-owned asset backgrounds: Hefei Jianxiang Investment Co., Ltd. and Anhui High-Tech Yuwen Weiyuan Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership). These changes have led to an increase in the company's registered capital to approximately 8.257 billion yuan. Established in 2017, NIO Holdings is led by its legal representative and chairman, Li Bin, and specializes in the technology development and services related to new energy vehicles and their components.
Hefei Jianxiang Investment Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned enterprise, while the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Anhui Province serves as the actual controller of Anhui High-Tech Yuwen Weiyuan Technology Partnership. Last September, NIO China received an additional investment of 3.3 billion yuan from state-owned asset shareholders, underscoring the continued support from governmental entities.
In response to this development, Li Bin expressed his gratitude for the support extended by the provinces of Anhui and Hefei.
