He Xiaopeng, the Chairman of Xiaopeng Motors, has announced that the new G6 model will come equipped with the AI Smart Driving Blue Light as a standard feature. Concurrently, the company has launched a crowdfunding initiative aimed at existing car owners of the P7, P7i, G6, G9, and X9 models, offering OTA hardware upgrades for the Blue Light. The estimated cost for these upgrades is approximately RMB 1,000. The 2025 model of the Xiaopeng G6, boasting 81 enhancements, was unveiled today and will be available for purchase in early March. The Blue Light, functioning as an intelligent driving indicator, has gained adoption by numerous domestic automotive brands and is poised to become an industry benchmark.
