Tesla is set to introduce its Full Self-Driving (FSD) capability in China, implementing software updates in phases to electric vehicle owners and progressively widening its reach. As per Tesla's official Chinese website, the FSD is priced at 64,000 yuan, encompassing all functionalities of both the Basic and Enhanced Autopilot. Tesla's AI team anticipates the FSD system to make its debut in China and Europe during the first quarter of 2025. Notably, the Lingang New Area in Shanghai has already initiated pilot projects for FSD, with 10 Tesla vehicles currently undergoing road tests within the city. The FSD boasts advanced capabilities, including automatic parking, traffic signal recognition, and more, thereby fueling advancements in autonomous driving technology.
