Tesla has opened a new engineering center, Cyber, in Berlin, Germany, bringing together European component design and testing teams to shorten development and production ramp-up cycles. The center consolidates engineering facilities and 30 laboratories previously spread across four locations into a single campus, with materials, powertrain, vehicle engineering, and validation teams all working at the same site. The center was converted from a former cable factory, and about 250 engineers and technicians are currently based there.
