On November 4 local time, Stellantis announced the appointment of Pablo Di Si as Chief Operating Officer for North America and U.S. brands, effective immediately. Di Si will join the company's leadership team and report directly to Chief Executive Officer Antonio Filosa. Previously, Filosa also served as head of North American operations. The adjustment also includes: Jon Nelson as Chief Financial Officer for North America, succeeding Group Chief Financial Officer Joao Laranjo, who held the role concurrently; Gustavo Soloaga as Chief Performance Officer, responsible for the global value creation program; Alexandre Sorel succeeding Nelson as Chief Executive Officer of Stellantis Financial Services, while continuing to oversee European financial services operations.
