He Xiaopeng, Chairman of XPeng Motors, said at the first-batch owner delivery ceremony for the MONA L05 that deliveries of the vehicle are ramping up across the board, with first-month deliveries expected to exceed 10,000 units and the company aiming for the top spot in the segment. A vice president of XPeng Group noted that the MONA L05 has its own dedicated production line, so its production and deliveries are unaffected by other models and will not disrupt normal output of those models. The model's in-stock vehicles sold out within three minutes of launch; the first national delivery was completed on October 31, and large-scale nationwide deliveries began on November 1. The MONA L05 is the first large five-seat SUV in the MONA series. Officially launched on October 29, it is offered in six configurations across two powertrains—battery electric and super extended-range—with a limited-time price range of 139,800 to 171,800 yuan. The battery electric version has a CLTC maximum range of 635 km, while the extended-range version has a CLTC battery electric range of 310 km and a combined range of 1,310 km. According to figures released by XPeng Motors, the company delivered 50,237 new vehicles in October 2026, up 22% month-on-month and 20% year-on-year, setting a new record for monthly deliveries. Overseas deliveries totaled 13,326 units, up 166% year-on-year. As of the end of October, the MONA series had cumulatively delivered more than 360,000 units in the two years since its launch.
