Zhang Xue, founder of Zhangxue Motorcycles, recently stated publicly that fresh graduates can be hired at a 100% rate if they meet two conditions: developing excellent riding skills during university and having motorcycle travel experience to understand users, while also being proficient in disassembling and assembling motorcycles and using 3D drawing software. The company wants as many such talents as possible, with salaries 30% to 40% higher than those of ordinary fresh graduates. Zhangxue Motorcycles has conducted campus recruitment at Chongqing University and Chongqing University of Technology, announcing annual salaries of 120,000 to 150,000 yuan for R&D positions and 100,000 to 120,000 yuan for non-R&D positions for graduates from 985 and 211 universities, plus benefits such as six insurances and one housing fund, paid leave, a clear promotion and salary increase mechanism, and internal discounts for employee vehicle purchases, with R&D staff able to buy vehicles at half price. Zhang Xue also cited Qin Pan, a junior college employee who has been with the company for 10 years, as an example, saying that he has gone from a monthly salary of several thousand yuan to an annual salary of 500,000 to 600,000 yuan, and the company shares he holds are currently valued at 30 million yuan and are expected to reach 100 million yuan in the future, using this to encourage the university students present.
