The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology recently issued the "Beijing Hydrogen Energy Industry Development Implementation Plan (2026-2030)," which proposes to strengthen the entire fuel cell vehicle industry chain. The plan supports leading enterprises in improving their layout, accelerates collaborative innovation in key materials and components around the forward development of complete vehicles, implements mass production projects such as hydrogen-electric integrated chassis, builds a capacity for 10,000-unit-class fuel cell complete vehicles and supporting capabilities, and promotes a reduction of more than 30% in the comprehensive cost of complete vehicles and core components.
