Jing-Jin Electric's North American division has custom-designed an all-new three-in-one electric drive system for another key U.S. customer, and the system has now officially entered mass production—marking a significant strategic milestone in the company's deepening presence in the U.S. market. The North American plant, located adjacent to Detroit, has laid a solid foundation for mass production by leveraging a localized team and a logistics and after-sales system tailored to the North American market. This system supplies a small electric pickup truck from a U.S. automaker and has undergone technical optimization to meet the stringent requirements of North American pickup trucks. It integrates flat-wire motors, high-power-density controllers, and low-noise, high-efficiency reducers, delivering peak power exceeding 150 kW and output torque of more than 3,200 Nm. The system adopts Jing-Jin Electric's pioneering pump-free oil-water composite cooling technology, features an electronic pawl-type parking system compliant with North American standards, and achieves a functional safety level of ASIL-D. The general manager of the North American division stated that this product will propel the company's operations to new heights, and that the company will continue to work with North American partners in the future to accelerate the comprehensive electrification of vehicles.
