Its production site is situated at No. 8 Wanjiang Avenue, within the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Wuhu City, Anhui Province. The public consultation period for this approval extends from October 16 to October 23. Assuming no objections arise during this period, Luxceed will be granted independent production qualification, potentially making it the inaugural brand under the Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance to achieve vehicle production access.

A source within Luxceed corroborated the publicly available information, emphasizing that this development currently has no bearing on their day-to-day operations, with factory production lines remaining unaltered. Additionally, an insider from Chery Automobile indicated that while an independent initial public offering (IPO) for Luxceed in the future seems improbable, no definitive decisions have been made at this juncture.
