The controversy surrounding the brake pedal bracket fracture issue in the Zunjie V800 is intensifying. Earlier, Dongchedi performed 100km/h-to-0 emergency braking tests on three brand-new Zunjie V800 models. The findings revealed that the brake pedal brackets of all three vehicles gave way during the second to fourth instances of intense braking. In a follow-up, Dongchedi has now published its most recent test video, demonstrating that several car models—including the Zhijie V9, Li Auto, Porsche, Avatr, and Xpeng—all successfully underwent six rounds of 100km/h-to-0 emergency braking tests, with no signs of damage to the brake pedals or their brackets.
