On October 8, a video emerged online, igniting fervent discussions. The footage depicted the brake pedal bracket of a Zunjie V800 snapping during a 100-kilometer emergency braking test. This test, conducted by Dongchedi's "Real Car Testing" program, revealed that the brake pedal bracket bases of three brand-new Zunjie V800s, sourced from different production batches, all fractured under continuous heavy braking. The breakage occurred in similar locations and exhibited comparable patterns. Once the pedal malfunctioned, the vehicles were left with no recourse but to rely on the P gear for emergency deceleration.
