Porsche has unveiled its 'Sportwagenschmiede 35' strategy, which is designed to streamline its product lineup by cutting the number of model derivatives by roughly 20%. In turn, the company anticipates a boost in the average sales volume per model derivative by approximately 30% over the medium term. Simultaneously, Porsche is set to solidify its foothold in the luxury D-segment and E-segment markets, targeting a medium-term objective of elevating the share of these two vehicle categories in its total product mix by about 45%. Furthermore, Porsche will broaden its personalized customization services, with a strategy to elevate the average selling price of its flagship models by around 20% over the medium term. Porsche also disclosed that it is in the process of developing a mid-engine supercar platform, aiming to craft a vehicle range that surpasses the iconic 911 sports car. The company plans to introduce at least one new product each year until 2030 to further sculpt its brand identity.
