The brand-new Xiaomi Pengcheng Series made its official debut and initiated deliveries in September, amassing over 70,000 locked-in units within the inaugural 30-day sales period (spanning from September 7 to October 7). Prior to this, Xiaomi Auto had projected that total deliveries would surpass 40,000 units by September 2026, with the Pengcheng Series anticipated to exceed 10,000 deliveries in its initial month. The series had previously established a record by achieving over 10,000 locked-in units in a mere 4 minutes. Xiaomi Auto has announced that for subsequent new car orders, only the initial lock-in and first-month sales figures will be disclosed. Customers who finalized their deposits prior to 24:00 on October 7 are qualified for the first-month sales lock-in benefits, with the offer expiring for first-batch owners thereafter.
