On October 2, 2026, Botai Connected Car Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (stock code: 2889) announced that it had completed the acquisition of equity in the target company in accordance with the terms of the share transfer agreement. After the closing, Botai Connected Car holds 53,518,613 shares of the target company, representing approximately 70% of its issued shares. The target company has become its non-wholly owned subsidiary, and its financial performance will be consolidated into the consolidated financial statements.
