The all-electric Range Rover Sport has been officially released. Built on the MLA architecture, the vehicle utilizes the chassis of the electric Range Rover and is equipped with an 118.5 kWh 800-volt battery pack, offering a WLTP range of up to 609 kilometers. Its maximum DC fast-charging power is 350 kW, allowing the battery to charge from 10% to 80% in just 22 minutes, while AC charging supports up to 22 kW. The vehicle shares the same wheelbase as the electric Range Rover but has a shorter overall length. The dual-motor all-wheel-drive system delivers a combined output of 542 horsepower and 850 Nm of torque, enabling a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of just 4.3 seconds. A dual-motor all-wheel-drive version with 444 horsepower will also be introduced later, though currently, only the high-performance top-tier model is available. The new vehicle's interior and exterior design continue (continues) the style of the fuel-powered version. Unlike Jaguar's approach to rebranding as an electrified brand, its pricing will be lower than the electric Range Rover's $140,450.
