Gotion High-Tech, along with its subsidiaries, is set to ink an investment pact with Volkswagen Group and PowerCo, aiming to establish three joint ventures across Spain, Slovakia, and Morocco. These ventures will focus on constructing lithium battery and cathode material production facilities, with a combined investment of roughly €3.222 billion. This deal qualifies as a related-party transaction. The profound collaboration between Gotion High-Tech and Volkswagen is poised to secure overseas orders and material support, bolstering Gotion High-Tech's global fulfillment prowess. Meanwhile, NIO and Geely have embarked on a comprehensive strategic partnership in the realm of battery swapping and charging. Geely will inject capital into NIO Power by transferring 100% of YiYi Interconnection's equity and contributing €640 million in cash, thereby acquiring a 30% stake. In return, NIO will secure a 10% stake in Haohan Energy. The duo will share battery swapping and charging technologies and standards, co-construct service networks, foster resource integration within the battery swapping sector, and ultimately benefit the entire new energy vehicle charging infrastructure industry chain.

Changan Automobile and Brazil's Caoa Group have inked a strategic accord, elevating their partnership from mere trade to a full-fledged value chain strategic alliance. The two entities have assembled a joint engineering team of over 200 professionals to conduct localized adaptability testing. They are also ramping up investments in Central and South American markets to facilitate the expansion of overseas incremental markets.
