Xiaomi Pengcheng has recently embarked on its inaugural round of nationwide vehicle deliveries, spanning 75 cities across the country. Lei Jun made an appearance at the Xuzhou delivery center, where he personally handed over the keys to the first batch of proud car owners. Notably, Xuzhou was historically referred to as 'Pengcheng,' a name that shares a homophonic similarity with 'Xiaomi Pengcheng.' Since the inaugural deliveries of the Xiaomi SU7 commenced in April 2024, Lei Jun's tradition of personally opening car doors for owners has become a hallmark of the delivery experience. Looking ahead, he is set to spend four consecutive days personally delivering vehicles in four major cities: Xuzhou, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Chengdu.
