On September 8th, Dongfeng Co., Ltd. disclosed that in August 2026, the company manufactured 7,166 vehicles and achieved sales of 7,114 vehicles. Throughout 2026 up to August, the cumulative production volume reached 84,870 vehicles, marking a notable year-on-year surge of 9.70%. Conversely, cumulative sales for the same period amounted to 83,808 vehicles, experiencing a slight year-on-year dip of 1.07%. Specifically, regarding new energy vehicles, the production stood at 4,040 units, with sales reaching 4,063 units. The cumulative production of new energy vehicles soared to 27,780 units, while cumulative sales climbed to 26,062 units, showcasing impressive year-on-year growth rates of 103.50% and 105.16%, respectively.
